Phenomix is an app that tracks eating patterns and habits, physical activity, and sleep for one week (phenoWEEK). Along with information on weight history and mood, phenoWEEK will allow for the identification of factors that may explain why peoples’ responses to weight loss interventions are extremely variable. These insights can be used to guide precision medicine interventions to enhance short and long-term weight loss outcomes to weight-loss interventions.
