Big bang big fizzle
What I didn’t expect was to have to drive to a Hublot location 40 minutes from me to have my watch sent out for warranty. 1.5 months later. I had to go pick it up again and the replaced the internals. Fine I’ll give them this. Again I expect better for 6500.00 from such a high end watch company. Then strike two, the watch crown and assembly just fell of the watch thankfully in my sleeve. I managed to put it back together and send out once again for warranty. Just 11 months after getting it back.
So again I waste time to drive down and drop off expressing my feelings about this purchase, quality and questioning the reliability. Again about 1.5 months later. I pick it up and now have it again with another full year warranty. We will see what happens next.
I have a lot of watches. Maybe 60-75 pieces. Not all bouquet pieces but my Rolex and breit, Tissot solar, and a few others have never been an issue. If this happens again I will be contacting Hublot corporate for a full refund or exchange for a different timepiece. I don’t have the trust I should have with Hublot brand and that is sad to me.
I would not buy another watch from them again. I should have bought another Rolex or an Omega. Very disappointed client.
