    I’ve been using this app for 7 months now and it’s the best! I highly recommend it to any woman who wants to get stronger. She provides so many tools and is always available to answer questions.

    This is exactly what you need if you want to start lifting or have just left a coach. I left a coach & wanted something that would program & track my lifts. This does it. I have used this for a year & love it!
  • Fantastic program and great value

    I switched to GymNurse App a few months ago and I love it. I’m not the best with technology but she gives clear directions. However the most important thing are her plans. She offers various plans to fill ones’ needs: home, gym, 3, 4 and 5 day. She has very clear instructions and videos on how to do the exercises. She has a FB page for subscribers as well. She answers all questions. She is not rude or condescending- she offers ton of free info on her IG page and is super helpful. However she doesn’t seem to suffer fools. I think GymNurse has done so much to help women/ especially over 30- change their lives and physique. And the price can’t be beat. It is easy to cancel as well.

  • Best workout app

    I’ve tried a few different workout apps and this is my favorite. I’ve been using it for about a year and it never gets old. The workouts change every 6 weeks and there are lots of options for number of days and home or gym. It’s an efficient workout that doesn’t take forever but I also leave the gym feeling like I had a great workout. I saw the one review about it timing out but that must be an issue that was fixed because it never happens to me. Shannon includes alternate exercises for each programmed one, you can keep track of your weights and you can even add new exercises if you want. It has everythunf that I could ever want.

  • Love the program

    I have been doing the program for a little over a year now and I feel so much stronger and confident. Also much more confident at the gym. I have reached out to Shannon a few times with questions and always got a quick response even when she was on vacation! So appreciated!!:)
  • Best Workout App!

    Shannon’s app is the best! Besides a very detailed description, she gives a video of how to do the movement as well. She also gives alternate exercises if you are unable or don’t have the equipment. Best money I spend on myself all year!
  • Feeling strong

    I have been using this app for about 8 months and LOVE it! The app is very user friendly and stores historical workout information to reference such as reps and weights so you can access it each time. It has a timer for rest periods and gives an explanation video for each exercise. It also has settings to change sets, reps, etc if you prefer to tailor the workout. The app allows you to search a specific exercise and compare growth and PRs which is very empowering. I feel so much stronger already and am very satisfied with the app and the communications and support we receive from Shannon.

  • Everything I need!

    This app is perfect for beginners and veterans alike who want to do progressive overload weight lifting. My body is completely changing and everything from the guided video demo to the timers in between sets, to the alternate exercises… it’s everything you need without the warm bodied trainer standing next to you. Shannon switches it up every 6 weeks or so. She’s also very responsive to questions on the app. You can’t go wrong!

    Shannon truly knows her stuff. No junky filler moves. Get in and get out. I’ve done both the gym and home programs and gotten results from both!

    I’ve been training with this app for a little over a year now and can’t say enough good things about it! I’m making incredible strength gains and my body has changed considerably! Everything is laid out in the program and there are options for home and gym! It changes every 6 weeks and I love that about it! There are options/alternatives if you need them. I also love that you can check your history to see how you’ve progressed as well as videos and an area to take notes to check back on! Shannon makes herself very available if you have questions as well.
