SCAM
I did this with my 1 month old 13 plus to upgrade. I did in IN the Optus store. Because there was no wifi to connect to to check the wifi was working, the Optus manager told me to hotspot to his phone, which I did.
At the end it said my wifi doesn’t work and that my phone is in poor condition. The guy was like “ohwell”
What do you mean? You as a real human being saw that my phone is in perfect condition, but because your stupid app doesn’t work properly, I can’t upgrade for $99 now?

Flawed paint screen test
App failed my virtually new iPhone 13 because I couldn’t paint under the camera. Screen was perfectly painted.
Need to remove this flaw in the app otherwise it will cause unnecessary frustration with your customers.

I have been with Optus for 20 years now have a landline problem with them and can get no help whatsoever trying to ring there 133 937 number in the Phillipines with no closure on my landline not working because I don’t have an email address on my prepaid Optus mobile phone account thnx Optus you won’t be getting that 100 dollar a month bill from me this month going to another supplier
