I purchased Energies for an event and the event ended and my extra 600 energies did not get transferred over. So I ended up losing what I paid for.
Frustrated
Love the game, however, had an issue and now have to start all over. Lost everything I had purchased. Not happy about losing my progress or money.

Won’t load
I’ve been trying for days to get into this game and it will only load to 72%. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it does the same thing.
Totally inappropriate advertising
Deleted after viewing an ad for this game on another app that depicted domestic abuse. Completely irrelevant in terms of gameplay and totally inappropriate

Tries to make you buy stuff
There’s lots of things you can buy in the game for example like the diamonds, you can buy to help you with the game and there’s stuff floating around and trying to make you buy it

Glitch
This game accidentally was deleted when it refused to load and when I tried to log back in it has me in a weird loop. It tells me I need an update, but when I click the link to update it just takes me to “Write a Review” and it doesn’t show an update is available. So, here’s my review. Fix this or I’ll need a refund.
They responded, said I can update the app in the App Store. Unfortunately, update is. It an option, probably because I have the latest update and that isn’t the cause of my problem. Seriously terrible customer service. I deleted the app and got a refund on my purchases. No response is necessary.
