Great start
Really happy that Access are moving with the times. Much easier to use across the sites, than to remember my personal code each time at each locations. When it’s gone down or a bug has appeared the store staff have been great at resolving the issues. It started off basic and has really improved since introduction, with more and more features.

Slow, buggy, creates problems for accessing storage
The app is badly designed, has been prone to bugs since launch and is slow to load.
There is a security flaw in it as well.

Easy to use
Some issues as it’s a new app for the company but the store staff are always quick to help out with any issues. Great that they are taking security seriously and moving with the times. It’s much easier to check on my account than calling or visiting the store all the time. Looking forward to what they update next!

Terrible
Lost our account and we can’t access the storage unit through the app. Completely unnecessary and a big disappointment.
Can’t make payments via app
Unfortunately the app is poorly designed and you aren’t able to make payments because either (a) the keypad remains on screen masking payment buttons or (b) when you navigate away to approve payment on your banking app and return the payment has dropped.
Process Payment Button obscured by Numerical Keyboard
Trying to make a payment through the app, but after entering all the card details and selecting amount to pay, the numerical keyboard remains on screen so that you can’t get to or click on the process payment button.
Long winded nonsense to gain access as if shutters down you have to yet again enter the code at the shutters to gain access.
Most of the time people seem to be accessing their units without entering codes to arm / disarm the security judging by the numerous occasions where these unit alarms are frequently activated which is annoying.
Also seems staff cannot show units to prospective customers without disarming the unit alarms so again frequent alarms going off.
Not sure of the point of all this and does it really make your unit more secure?

App needs help
App doesn’t work that well as it should change the code every 10-20 mins if not less than that for security reasons but can most of the time use the same code over two days or like what’s happening right now the app is frozen been like that since 8pm (29th oct) I’m now writing this 7:37am (30th oct) and it’s still frozen. So my employees could not take their vehicle home as it’s locked in the car park. Which is a major problem for EVERYONE. THIS APP NEEDS HELP SORT IT OUT.

Access codes didn’t work. Called the company and were told they couldn’t help. Do not use this company, they don’t offer 24 hour support.

Doesn’t generate correct out of hours codes
Got approval for out of hours access but the app didn’t generate the correct access codes so couldn’t get access. Rubbish.
