Can’t even log in
Technical support is horrible I’ve been needing helping connecting a card reader for 3 weeks now and got charged my monthly fee for nothing. And now trying to get this app to work and it won’t even let me log in. Horrible experience

So slow and so many issues
This app is so slow on the latest samsung and Apple models that our drivers use. We get constant complaints all day. Glitchy, slow and poor functionality are some of the top complaints. We spend. $10k a month on cantaloupe services and this app is total junk.
So many issues
1.) Barcode scanner doesn’t work half the time even with the new update.
2.) Typing bag numbers you have to do it slow or the app wont register.
3.) Taking a picture of the service now the screen flashes for some strange reason and alot of photos are blurry.
4.) Sometimes you do inventory and it says inventory is required when you already did it and didn’t miss anything.
5.) Old app had a feature that you can just swipe the screen to go to the next selection. This app you have to make sure you press the next arrow and the buttons dont show you pressed them. Like you tap a button and it doesnt like grey out or anything so you have to really make sure you touched it.
6.) Now the drivers cards dont dex properly anymore. Now you have to swipe, make a selection, wait for the screen to display sales then press cancel/complete and then it will dex.
App needs ALOT of work and the team seems to neglect alot of the issues that have been occurring for months. Please fix asap.

Great Feedback
The app has a ton of great functionality, the drivers see it as instrumental to manage their workload and cantaloupe are one of the few companies who listen, and they’re open to feedback.

Awful setup needs work
When doing an inventory or cycling through the the service/inventory tab, my big fingers are either hitting the 7, or the camera button you put right underneath the next item button. Also I don’t know why, but it has a delay inbetween when you hit the button and when you enter in the next selection number, it’s frustrating and slows down inventory. The pick list is nice, but has same issue when swiping something away, but also just a wasteful feature and slow. Maybe just a check mark box next to it would work better.
Also, if I want to go to a machine on my route, I shouldn’t have to call back my boss who is very busy himself to have him set it on my schedule if it’s not there. All machines should be available
And on a similar note, treating trained route drivers with 10 plus years of experience like children and not allowing them to access the inventory list and make changes to product on the go is the worst business decision that this crap company has ever made. I either have to call/text/email my boss, to change a product or planogram , or do what I do now and when I get on my vehicle again I have to log onto my personal iPad, login to my cantaloupe account, and sit outside my stop and make changes. This company needs to grow up. 0 out of 5 stars

It’s okay at best
The new app is nice and clean looking. The pick list is nice but is missing some major things. The list refreshes every time you swipe something to the picked side. This needs to be fixed for snack orders you fill the boxes from the bottom up that way the chips don’t get squished but the heavy things. It’s a real pain to scroll down every time you put something in the box. You need to have the inventory on it. The pick par cap and price are great but I want to see how many are in the machine I don’t always want to go off of the pick number I might want more or less but I need to know how much is in the machine in order to do that. You need a way to make a note on an item. If the warehouse is out and you swap something out I have to write it down on a pice of paper and then have it put into the computer later. Ideally you should have the ability to change the item in the pick list and it changes it in the computer. A nice feature would be to swipe one way for the item being picked and another for if you don’t pick the item so that you don’t have yo change so many numbers in the service part. The service and inventory being in the same spot is really nice but you need a spot for notes in each item or have the ability to change par numbers. I don’t want to keep a note pad and then go back to a computer to change pars around for things that are selling out or not selling before they expire. Without some of these changes it’s way easier to just keep the pen and paper. I can change items on the spot make all the notes a need on specific items. I already have to put it into the computer so no need for the extra steps with the app. I was really excited to use the new app but it’s just lacking too many features. I love the seed pro program but you are lacking so many features compared to other companies. Time to pick it up before everyone ditches
