What an utter waste of time
We’ve just spent a good hour trying to share out 6 tickets for the same gig. This appears to just be a shameless data grab but doesn’t even do that very well.
Multiple attempts to register, multiple one-time access codes, multiple ‘I am human’ checks all to be forwarded to Ticketmaster for yet more login attempts, password resets and email.
End result: we all have a copy of a ticket that could have been presented at the door by the booker and O2 and Ticketmaster have all our information.
