Reviews of Bee

  • Issue with signing up

The app doesn’t let me even sign up for an account
  • Make App EFFICIENT

Not the best app, NYC MTA has ALL and information you need to input/add on one screen page. The app currently has a glitch which puts me in a position of non- efficiency and i relies now on calling to reserve all trips.
  • Developers obviously never used the app!

It’s like no one ever thought about usability, which is really shocking for an app that needs to used by the disabled community!

The information refreshes frequently (every few seconds). That’s very nice, but it renders the tiny map of where the bus is located as nearly useless. The map size cannot be expanded, only zoomed. By the time you zoom it, it refreshes and returns to the original scale. It’s crazy frustrating! Who thought that redrawing the tiny, non-resizable map every 5 seconds would be a good idea?

Often, I need to shut down the app to get it to work correctly (iPhone 12 with current iOS). Otherwise, as soon as I tap into details, it returns me to the previous screen.

While I rely on this app 5 days a week, it is one of the worst designed and functioning apps I’ve ever used. It rates a “barely better than nothing.”
