The app was not functional when I joined PSCCU a few years ago, like I basically couldn’t log in. When I emailed them about this they told me the new app would be up in October of that year, but they didn’t launch it until 6 months to a year later.
The new app does work better and we can actually log in now, but I think it’s been like two years since then and there’s still bugs. It has never showed my credit card transactions.
I’m looking into switching to a different credit union at this point. They’re constantly “updating” their website too, and it’s always an ordeal and doesn’t really improve anything. I want a credit union that can do it right the first time.Show lessWorks great!

Unusable
Have talked to their customer support three times and still not able to log on. At this point I wonder if since the app is so bad if their security is bad too. Maybe better to not risk using it.Ierho

This app has never worked. Whatever they are paying their developer (with our money) is either not enough or way too much. Just use the browser page.Damiont42

It is what it is!!
After having login issue since new release, decided to reenroll with user name and password and account in from laptop login. It worked. Only use account for savings so daily log in isn’t necessary.Mr Lasenby
