If I could flush this app I would but my phone is brand new. Just what I wanted!! Another browser. Totally misleading. Don’t get this app!
Easier Without
This gets a single star from me in that it’s difficult to connect multiple vapes if you use one while the other charges and they don’t allow easy adjustments over Bluetooth. It acts almost like the app is connecting to a website and adjusting your vape from online. If they are collecting information from your vapes to use for future updates or products then this information should be collected at a different time and firmware updates should be applied after downloading it rather than during connection or re-connecting. It’s potentially great software but my iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 17.1.1 doesn’t seem to like it.

100% waste of time on product and app. Claiming something that isn’t accurate. Doesn’t connect via app. In Manitoba Canada personally.

they say that their app works worldwide and not just in canada but you literally cannot get verified if you don’t live in the 3 countries they have listed. canada, south africa or some other country. i also got a weird security message saying it was trying to steal my information so this is a useless app. sad i can’t track my vuse

Do NOT Download!!
This app is the absolute WORST!! Even for those who are technologically advanced, this app is confusing, frustrating and will even damage your device(s). Total garbage. The hype you see in Vuse packaging to “use the app” will inevitably leave you disappointed and wishing you had chosen another company/brand to do business with.

Frustrating & worst app ever made!
I was SO excited to get my Vuse Pro (I bought 3 different colors) and connect to my phone but OMG I've never been this frustrated with something so small and that should be so simple!!!
#1- absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN WITH THE DEVICE AS TO HOW TO PAIR WITH THE APP ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD IT. After an hour of googling I finally figured it out but my patients was already gone.
#2- THE DEVICE WOULDN’T FLASH TO PAIR! I did everything I was prompted to do (less throw the bloody thing across the room 🤨)… non of the devices would ‘flash’ after being pressed 5x fast/quickly. (Yes, they were all fully charged in case anyone is wondering).
On the 800th time of trying again, finally one of the devices flashed! HALLELUJAH!!! I sat eagerly awaiting for the pairing to finish (it could take up to 3min it informed me)… 10 MINUTES LATER IT SAYS ‘Oops sorry- pairing FAILED- try again!?!’ 🤦🏼♀️ Do you think I could get the stupid vise to blink again??? Of course not!
Its a Realy cool idea if it actually worked but… as of right now its a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, VERY BAD, NO GOOD APP! DO NOT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY (or your sanity) ON THESE NON BLUETOOTH CONNECTING DISASTERS!!!! 😤😒
