This is the best one for actual night vision it was completely dark out and I could see but the lag was way way to badMrflamingo!!!

Try outdoors. It needs at least some piece of light. Even the legendary AN/PVS-14 is not able to work without infrared illumination in a completely dark room.Greeen Night App Technical difficulties
