Bad app it takes your money without you realising it.
While talking with the customer service another ticket have been bought without me knowing but I got the refund for just two tickets.
And now I went to check the app again and saw that another ticket has been bought so I went to my online banking account and saw that the money has been taken without my consent.
And today (11/09/2024) I’m trying to get my money back and they saying I got it back while me having the proof that I haven’t got the refund for the amount in question.
I want my refund of the amount £17.33.

Good day. To order, you need to select a flight, enter passenger data, contact information, and agree to the terms of the page. For further payment, you need to select a payment method, enter your bank card information and confirm by clicking the “pay” button. Without these steps, your order cannot be paid. After successful payment, a ticket will be automatically sent to your email. Only with your consent, the bank withdraws funds from your card and they are transferred to us. Therefore, the application does not withdraw funds on its own without your approval. We will definitely check the information on your order, for this, please indicate the number of your order/ticket. After verification, we will provide you with a full response.
