Over 2 years looking for an exchange to trade futures legally at Texas and I couldn't find it until I knew about Blo Fin thank you guys for making it possible, and I want to add that the exchange is very simple and easy to operate the trades you need to do.Kazper1202

It’s great that we can use in USA but it’s not set up the most user friendly mobile app and it’s also super laggy on response time and freeze frequent so have to quit the app and reopened all the time.semperhd
Terrible exchange, locked my coins
Negative stars. This exchange should be avoided at all costs. I was trading here to test out the fees and exchange. It says no kyc is required at level 0 account classification, which I decided was ideal since I was going to be just trying this exchange out.
After getting a little profitable, I withdrew all my money few days ago. Just yesterday, I decided to deposit a couple hundreds of dollars into this exchange and I realized they’ve restricted me from trading. And now I cannot even withdraw my money, they want me to give them all my personal information which their site never said I will need at level 0 classification. I have no issue with completing kyc, but I can not trust an exchange, especially when they blindsided me with this update.
Their site advertisement is false and their terms of use can be updated at any stage. Stay safe and away from this crappy exchange, there are a lot safer ones than this!Dontuseblofin

No help or support from them
I have tried submitting tickets and emailing them multiple times about a deposit issue I had. I used the correct destination address but accidentally used the wrong tag number. I did research and figured out there’s a way they can fix it if you contact them. I emailed and submitted tickets on their “help” page, and have received no response. If it wasn’t for the complete lack of help I’d give them 5 stars for sure.Bryce_Dunn

I’ve tried everything. Blofin is the best exchange ever. I had an issue and the CEO reached out to fix it! The platform is so easy to use and is genuinely the best.
