Not user friendly, Overcharge on fees
I only opened an account to get the $GUMMY airdrop. I tried out all the features and I know how to use the app just fine. My problem is that you have to transfer between spot, funding, futures, etc before you can make any moves. Extremely frustrating and time consuming when you’re trying to trade. They also won’t let you use your entire balance when moving money or purchasing. For example if you have a $1 you’ll only be able to use .85 to .90 cents and the rest is stuck there. It’s just change but it’s also a form of theft ! I transferred my $GUMMY out of it and it cost me 50 $GUMMY ($10). Ridiculous, criminals !JP2354

Wonderful App
This is hands down one of the best crypto platfoms ive traded futures on. Lots of exchanges lag your return upon selling profits/losses but this app is very dilligent and accurate when it comes to giving you your returns upon execution. Scalping high leverage is not effective due to the fees unfortunately. but other than that its great!awsomeshe
Can’t withdrawal.
I can’t withdrawal and support will not answer my support ticket. I was on chat and the person told me they are aware that sms does not go through but would not give me any further info. He just stopped responding. I’m a little nervous this is a scam. It cost me money every day I can not withdrawal.bp_jim
