nightmare. they have an app that doesn't work. they made me addicted to storage. I used the app to open the gate, to start the elevator. and after 30 minutes I couldn't leave storage because the app forced me to confirm the new regulations. it was late at night, I had 5% battery. worst customer service ever. the storage manager is very rudeShow lesswroblewskiwei
Can’t login
App doesn’t function at all. I cannot even login to the app, despite the fact I’m using the code given to me on the invoice they sent to my email, apparently that code doesn’t match my email address so I can pay my invoice. Totally useless app and will no doubt cause me to receive a late fee if I can’t figure out how to pay it soon.Show lessMrJimbles

As of writing this review I have been sat in my car for the past half hour trying to make this app work and can’t have access to my unit
I have restarted my phone twice and reinstalled the app, and app still not working - and thus cannot have access to my storage
I have meeting for which I require some of items in storage for- this extremely unacceptable
Please don’t offer service that is not reliable/ doesn’t work- get more capable developer team to handle this project - this is central to customer engagement and you are failing terribly

It worked ok for a while. It was very slow. Now I’m trying to reset my password and I never receive the “reset” password email. I’ve checked all my spam and junk mail boxes, noting. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. It I get no email! If you want me to pay my rent via the app you need to make an app that works!Show lessOliviaMEGB
Absolute crap
I spent about 40mins just trying to set up an account but the app kept saying my passwords didn’t match. Not quite possible since I was using copy and paste. I got so frustrated that I threw in the towel. I was hoping that I’d be able to reduce the costs of a paper invoice by managing my account through the app, ‘upgrade’ to a larger unit and of course use the app to gain access to my unit. So many promises and I can’t even set up an account, despite having a unique app token. I’m very disappointed.Show lessbabyharddrive
S O S L O W and takes ages to find the lock
Used it for several months and the app is so slow. Having to click loads of times to get it to actually open the damn door - even when you’re right next to the thing. Also won’t let you add other numbers that are not on that specific account. V annoying for those of us who have separate units for personal and for business use.Show lessProf Spleiss
