Calling multiple times for inquiry for an order support says i am not able to understand your accent so hence disconnecting call on my face 5 times

Annoying that a surcharge is charged on credit card but you can only pay by credit card.

Really difficult app to use
Have tried to use this app to order food in Auckland twice now and can’t get it loaded … not user friendly at all :(

We have lived on the Coast for 6 years and have tried all six Indian cuisine restaurants close to Whangaparaoa. Tried Sir Ji last night and were back again tonight. They are the best in all criteria and we highly recommend them over all the others. Take advantage of our experience and order from the best. Norman

Buggy AF
Insists on a mobile number and won’t let you proceed without entering a OTP that never arrives. Absolute shambles that an app can fail so hard at the gate

After signing up, I received multiple spam emails and texts.
They are clearly selling on your details for profit. I regret giving them my number and email address.
The restaurant with advertised to use meal order also wasn’t actually on the app, so downloaded the app for nothing.

Poorly Designed App with Bad UX
If you are going to build an app then do it properly. This is such a shoddy job. It doesn’t take much effort to try your app out for yourself and gather feedback from users BEFORE releasing to the public. It is so frustrating.
