This is one of those apps take away businesses force you into using that are incredibly frustrating.
The interface doesn’t support auto fill so adding a credit card is slow and painful.
The time estimates are way out. Had to wait an extra 30 mins and missed a important business call because of it.
The restaurant has no clue who ordered what, so every order they asked every person waiting what their order was.
Absolutely hate the poorly implemented order apps.
Phone orders are a hundred times faster and easier!

My first order was cancelled without any reason or compensation. The benefit of discount on first order is vanished. You pay for the order even before you get confirmation. Overall very poor experience.
Waste of my time
Placed an order for pickup in 60 mins. After 30 mins order was still not confirmed. Tried contacting customer support - they did not reply until 90 mins later. Went to collect order as could not contact app or restaurant and my credit card had been charged. Restaurant was closed. Just got a message saying my money would be refunded in 2-3 days. What a joke and complete waste of my time.
