  • Beginner’s weights challenge

    I like the work out, the moves are getting me going and it’s good to understand the safest ways to use weights etc but…the production is all a little amateur. Poor lighting, the instructor is hard to hear and often stops to adjust the music. The progress bar on my screen doesn’t disappear either which is frustrating when it covers some of the image.
    Kate is good but, I feel that she loses her flow quite often. I hate leaving poor reviews and for £16+ per month I can’t help but feel I’m not getting a great deal on the exercise challenges alone. The same can be said for the yoga instructor who’s sound was so dreadful I had to guess what she was saying.
    Are these early videos maybe? I’m hoping the set up and flow of the sessions improves, I’m hoping the quality of the sessions on other topics is better.
