Deceptive Thieves
If I could give a -5 star I would. I won a bet where I had a $455 payout, however their app did an automatic cash out at $90, even though I wasn’t even on the app (I made a bet earlier in the day and didn’t check it until after the game was well over).
I reached out and explained the situation and they REFUSED to discuss or work with me even though it was the BETLY APP that caused the issue.
Whenever there is a problem on their end they are quick and responsive, but the second it could negatively effect them, they hide and put out generic comments that have nothing to do with the issue.
I can not recommend enough to not use this app or this company.

Works great have used for 2 years
No idea why all the bad reviews I’ve had zero issues collecting my winnings. Very easy to use and great odds.
Crap
Steals your money freezes bets and dosnt allow withdraws and the customer service is automated and not to mention you cannot manually remove your own cards you have to have permission and they do it for you how is this legal?!
Horrible site
When is Arkansas going to wake up and let professional gaming sites in. This app good luck catching 2nd half bets, hardly any worthwhile bonuses. This needs a lot of work.
Use another book!
Seriously, it’s last by a lot in the rankings. Any of the other books are mostly which one you prefer other another one. This one is just bad. Beyond slow payouts(took me a week and half to get my money out.)

Taken over 2 weeks to receive funds
It has taken over 2 weeks for them to send me funds and all they keep saying is to wait. I would recommend using either oaklawn or saracens app significantly faster withdrawals
