I have not been able to get any updated news on this app since the day after the Oklahoma State game. What is going on? I love the app. Please get it fixed.
Something’s changed
Can’t scroll in the individual game screen. Can use the back button. This is on iOS 16.1.2 , iPhone 12.
HORRIBLE user experience. Even worse with tickets.
I got the app so a friend could easily transfer there tickets for a basketball game to me.
My experience with this app has been absolutely excruciating.
I’ve wasted three hours of my life trying to get access to the tickets. Still no luck.
The iPhone version of the app has a horrible user experience design and glitchy interface. No awareness of clicking on anything.
I’ve had to consistently re-login multiple times. And you have to log in an additional time to access the ticket feature.
The tickets never transferred for me.
And the app kept crashing on me and giving error messages. For some reason the app wanted to connect to Google Chrome. Which was odd because I’m on an iPhone and kept getting error message saying that the software was not iPhone compatible.
Here I am three hours later. No tickets. No luck with the app. And no help until tomorrow morning.
