I’ve been with Fuse since June. They’re app is a little cheesy, but it’s grown on me now! I can see hourly usage, charges calculated hourly and accumulated totals. All info is linked t on my smart meter. Recently my meter stopped working, so I contacted them on the chat function, and they are sending me a new meter! No lengthy phone calls, no difficulties. Very impressed. And biggest bonus is I am paying for what I use … no silly estimated huge direct debits leading to overpayments and requests for refunds each quarter!
