So far, so good!
I’ve been with Fuse since June. They’re app is a little cheesy, but it’s grown on me now! I can see hourly usage, charges calculated hourly and accumulated totals. All info is linked t on my smart meter. Recently my meter stopped working, so I contacted them on the chat function, and they are sending me a new meter! No lengthy phone calls, no difficulties. Very impressed. And biggest bonus is I am paying for what I use … no silly estimated huge direct debits leading to overpayments and requests for refunds each quarter!Show lessLula Loops

Just signed up with fuse. Really straight forward and helpful. All via this app. Already booked in for a new smart meter which my previous supplier had said they were not allowed to install. I like the fact you only pay for what you use.OL71!
