  • So far, so good!

    I’ve been with Fuse since June. They’re app is a little cheesy, but it’s grown on me now! I can see hourly usage, charges calculated hourly and accumulated totals. All info is linked t on my smart meter. Recently my meter stopped working, so I contacted them on the chat function, and they are sending me a new meter! No lengthy phone calls, no difficulties. Very impressed. And biggest bonus is I am paying for what I use … no silly estimated huge direct debits leading to overpayments and requests for refunds each quarter!

  • Breath of fresh air

    Just signed up with fuse. Really straight forward and helpful. All via this app. Already booked in for a new smart meter which my previous supplier had said they were not allowed to install. I like the fact you only pay for what you use.
  • Highly recommend

    Have been with the company for a few weeks now and everything from the switching process to having small questions (and the occasional big question) answered in a quick, polite and efficient manner).
  • Amazing customer service and app

    Did a lot of research when moving into my new property and decided to go with fuse. Their app and customer service is incredible. The chat support always reply so quickly no matter what time of the day. They arranged a new meter fitting and a new monitor to be sent out with no hassle. App is easy to monitor usage and check readings. 100% recommend so far

  • Super responsive customer service

    I just made the switch from Octopus (long time customer) for a fixed tariff. I have to leave a review to share how impressed I am at the responsiveness of the customer services team. The app is really clear and you can easily chat with them for help.

  • 5* chat service.

    10% increase from Oct, so transferred to Fuse yesterday. Needed a change of switch date, so I used the chat service. Real people, yes believe it or not, not a BOT. My problem dealt with so quickly that I am amazed. I’m so used to the EDF answers in 48 hours style of response.
    I rally look forward to the next year on a fixed deal.

  • Fuse - top service

    Brilliant is the word for Fuse provider! Not only is the customer service available instantly they hear you out and accommodate the needs quickly. I’ve had a smart meter installed as Fuse team proactively reached out offering the option.
    The app never fails and transparency is top notch! Keep up the great work Fuse!

  • Cheap and Fast!

    After moving to the UK, I was surprised to find that you need to choose an electricity provider. However, it wasn't a problem. My friends recommended Fuse to me. I'll say right away that the sign-up process took just 3 minutes; I quickly figured everything out and selected the best tariff in the UK (I verified it). Well done!

  • So far so good. Much better experience.

    Just registered with Fuse Energy, so far, very good, my question was answered very quickly, politely and helpful with a positive answer. Which is the total opposite to what we received with our last swap. We have had two bad experiences with Energy companies this is our 2rd swap in 6 months.
    I recommend Fuse Energy.

  • Fast and efficient

    The transfer to Fuse was fast and efficient. The help line was as fast as advertised - within one minute I had a reply to my question. Useage of power is shown clearly and accurately in the on-line App. Better than trying to read our existing I H D which for 3 years under our last supplier never really worked properly.
