  • Fuse is great !

    Just ported to Fuse. Was having ongoing issues with Octopus. Quite concerning really.
    Fuse sorted everything, via online help in the app, in minutes. Octopus had failed dismally in this and every time I phoned them it never got put right.
    I firmly recommend Fuse. The Fuse app is easy to understand and their response is lightening fast.

  • Great First Impressions

    I can’t say much else about this team as my account is still being activated, but they went above and beyond to help me to join Fuse. The app initially rejected me as my property is very rural and had an incompatible meter. When I spoke to the team and expressed how much I wanted to join, they worked that day to change the system and get the account active. They could have very easily said no and I would have had to join a different supplier, I didn’t want that because the Fuse tariffs are wayyyy better than others. They sorted it all out, very impressed so far :)

    After some initial woes and problems, I have to admit that the team sort of things out really quickly and I can't really fault them for trying their hardest to get things sorted. I would definitely recommend this company and I think they have good communications. Try hard and willing to go and sort things out properly rather than just being like the rest of the companies nothing seems to be too much trouble, and they seem to really want to try and help and do Good, which is the kind of company that I'm looking to stay with, I can't fault this company and the app is really good as well. I will be staying with this company.

  • Excellent Company

    I’ve been with Fuse Energy from August last year, I have never had any issues or problems. They totally keep you up-to-date and on top of that they are so much cheaper than any of the other energy companies. You’re not tied into a long contract and on the app you can see exactly day by day, how much you have used and what the cost is. Any questions I have I go onto the online chat and you nearly get an instant response all the time. A1 company. Would totally recommend

  • Customer Service

    These days most companies’ customer service is a joke if you even get a response! Well I can rate Fuse Energy at 100% . Changed to them 15 Sept from Eon . Closing readings sent by them same day.
    Pursued Eon for refund who claimed hadn’t received closing reading. Asked Fuse to chase yesterday and instant response from Eon with refund news although Might not receive it until 10 November!!!
    Well done Fuse.

  • Best energy supplier I've had

    I could onboard and switch in just a few minutes. The process was seamless and I can now see my usage and bills all in one place. Customer support is super responsive and helpful, unlike other suppliers. They even provided a free smart meter upgrade! Thinking of adding my other properties too
  • Best service by far !

    I switched energy supplies 5 weeks ago & wish I’d changed before, it’s so much cheaper than all the other companies. It maybe only via an app but have contacted them a few times and always had a reply back within minutes from an actual human being. Easy to navigate around the app also & see what you are spending each day. Well done Fuse & a big thank you!

  • Completed Transfer

    My transfer completed yesterday on time and hassle free. I contacted Support twice, mostly for reassurance, and got a response immediately. My only criticism is that after completing details on the App there is no correspondence. There is a progress chart in the App but I found it a bit disconcerting not to receive a text or letter. I know it is an online service but just such a different experience from previous changes of supplier.

    Seamlessly switched to Fuse with zero hiccups.

    Their customer support was unparalleled... don’t know how they’re able to respond so fast?? Highly recommend for anyone wanting a hassle-free energy experience!

    British Gas offered me a deal to stay but I’m glad I turned it down to join a renewable supplier like Fuse.

  • Switching was simple!

    Switching to Fuse was done within a few days. It was so simple. Their rates are so much better than anywhere else, so worth switching for that alone. The app is very user-friendly and allows you to monitor your usage at all times. Recommend!
