Energy restoration is extremely slow …. There’s a point where you realize that if you’re not gonna be spending a ton of money you really aren’t gonna get anywhere in this game . Characters are adorable , the graphics are great , mechanics as far as world content is nice without feeling overwhelmed . The energy is still probably the worst tho , ya get maybe an hour’s worth of gameplay a day , less if you are stuck on a lvl and just keep clearing the one before it to grind.
Review Edit - after a couple weeks it’s clearly apparent if you’re not dropping a ton of cash into this game your gonna get absolutely nowhere ! There’s probably 30 min worth of content a day for a f2p player .Show lessBBoyce84

Let’s get one thing straight this is probably one of the best ftp gacha games! It has a lot of potential to be great!!
However, playing through it there is one this that stands out right away that bugs me, and that’s the card upgrading. I understand that it should have a likely to fail the higher your card goes, BUT I do not understand why it takes both your gold and the card shards… like it’s really hard to collect 20 of them to have a 50% fail rate (which none of mine have actually been successful yet so not sure it’s truly 50%). You need to either make it cost more gold but keep the shards to go again or just give all resources back…Show lessAsterSha

This is one of those games that has so many different currencies and things going on that it’s hard to keep track of. They count on you making mistakes and needing to buy resources to make up for it.
** Here is an example, and why I’m deleting the game now even though it’s a bit fun: After you reach certain stages you can “link” characters together so that anothe character can have the same level as the mentor character. There is also a character reset option that costs 50 gems.
I thought Ok in that case I will reset some chacters for 50 gems each so that I can have one character from each faction be a mentor. This way I only have to level up one character per faction, but my team can still be all one or two factions.
The reason you want to do this is because it’s hard to get enough resources within just one or two factions, even though the game gives you extra buffs for focusing on one ir two factions.
** So I reset three characters, because that’s how many I could “link” at that time. (You open up more links as you progress). The game said I would get back all gold and exp in the reset.
What I didn’t realize until after doing all resets is there is yet another resource used in leveling up and although I could see I was getting it back, you do NOT in fact get all of that third resource back. So I was not able to level up the new characters to the same level that my original characters were before I paid gems to reset them.
** That’s just one example of how the game is strategically and purposefully set up to make you confused, makes it hard to keep track of all the resources and buffs and everything. They do that so you might buy one of their gazillion packs but it still isnt enough so you need to buy more. Or you make a mistake like I did, based on misleading text in the game, and then you feel like you got set back.
Instead of now buying a pack for the resource that I was just cheated out of though, I am deleting the game.Show lessdawna jo

This fun little gem :)
For me, this came out of nowhere! This FTP gem is definitely worth exploring :) Don’t pay attention to any complaints up to this point. The game has been out for a couple weeks (I think 2 weeks) & you don’t have to sink any money in to enjoy it 🤓 If you run into an energy issue - it’s not refilling fast enough, I’m sure this would not be the ONLY game on your phone 😆 Everything is pretty polished to me, and I’ve enjoyed it so far!
