Good could b better
They have no regards of where a Customer is they go by assumptions and past rides
Worthless app don’t download
Tried to use this app just to get to a doctors appointment just for it to say my area is not available. I don’t know or understand what that means but it’s very unfortunate because a lot of people could really use this app to their benefits and then saying rides unavailable or seats are too filled when it clearly states it’s rides and seats available even if you are in a designated location is even worst this app is trash!!!!

Worthless
I’m currently vacationing in Virginia Beach and downloaded the app to ride the trolley. The app displays my “Location is out of my pickup zone”. This app is worthless.
Utterly Useless
Hate to say it, but this app is completely useless. I’ve tried to find a route from where I’m living to other places in the Portsmouth/Norfolk area, and it says that my “area is out of our service zone”, but I’m literally right across the street from a bus stop with HRT. Anywhere else I try as well says that it’s “Out of our service zone”. Might want to fix your app, HRT! Many people might need to use it!
