“Failed to mark location: Example”
It’s great for finding things, but I’m a perfectionist and need to 100% game. But a problem keeps happening. After I mark over 50 things, it says that it failed to mark it. It’s happened before, I deleted the app, redownloaded it, and it just happened again. It makes trying to find everything very difficult, when I can’t mark down what I have found. Please fix this. Otherwise, it’s a great app. I love the UI, I love the marking system, I love that you can search for items, it makes for finding smithing stones so easy.Show lessJackthedudeman
Essential to have
This app is a must have. I recommend paying for it so you can mark more than 100 locations as found. If you buy it from map genies website you can get it for $5 instead of the $7 from the App Store.BonBurton

Looks and feels nice. but it suddenly won’t let me tag things as found anymore. it just says “failed to mark location”. please look into!michaelswinford
Best ER Map app, when it works…
This is hands down the highest quality ER Map. It has a smooth interface with all the filters needed to view and hide objects. The best part is when you tap and item, it pops up all the information about said item as well as links to what the item is related to. For example, clicking an NPC will bring up their info and all the links to their relation within the world (quests, moved locations, etc). It will also auto unhide items related to these links for easy viewing.
The issue is, this map works half he time. Sometimes the map just shows white and there’s no way to fix or refresh it. You can close and reopen the map 100x and it’ll just be white-out until it decides to load, which you have no clue of. I’d say this map works HALF the time. I have a backup app I use and honestly have started using it near exclusively despite how clunky it is, just because it at least WORKS. Please look into this issue and fix it, then you will get 5 stars.Show lessapplesauce92
Pretty good but blank background in my iOS devices
Show all points of interest - BUT - no background - so useless. I found if you login to Mapgenie on your browser - doesn’t have that problem. App needs help for iOS.geraldwen
Can’t see any map
I just downloaded the app. When I open the app, the map is completely blank white with all the waypoints overlay. But the most important part the actual Elden Ring map is not showing up at all. I updated my iPad software to the latest and tried redownloading the app multiple times but still the same result. This is not useful.Show lessMastaAK

Doesn’t Work Offline
I paid for the Pro version and gave been pretty happy with this and other MapGenie apps. I guess I just expected that the Pro version could work offline? Nope. The app just throws up an error and doesn’t work.
Please make this app work offline. I’d happy pay for that!iamblued
