Game Changer

I bought a Hotmoon brand white noise machine to use with this app, which helped me sleep all night. Definitely recommend this!

Can’t change modes from app. Repetitive sounds

There needs to be an option to change from Bluetooth speaker mode to cocoon mode from the app. What’s the point of an app if I still need to get up to go to the machine? Also, I found myself frustrated with sounds that had so much potential but we’re just way too repetitive and fake as a result. Specific examples are the thunder, cat purring, birds chirping, waves, etc.. each sound was back to back to back noise with no room to enjoy the first time it played. I like to hear the sound of the waves pulling back after they crash, but that sound was completely overridden by another wave coming in. It was so unnatural, as waves aren’t that repetitive in reality. Instead of being peaceful, it made the noises… noisy. And annoying. There needs to be 1 or two seconds before the sound repeats

App won’t let me create more than one schedule

The app won’t let me create more than one schedule without saying there is a conflict with my other saved schedule. No matter what I try, it says there is a time conflict even when there isn’t.

App is always crashing

I've had this maybe 7 months and the app has crashed multiple times. When I say crashed I mean you cannot play anything. I'll write into cs and suddenly a day later without any response it magically works again. One time they told me to uninstall and reinstall which made me rebuild my entire saved library, some of which I had made myself (this took a while.) Got in bed tonight ready to select a sleep noise only for it to happen again. I'd purchase another brand if I were you.

I can’t get through password reset keep saying error message since 4:30 AM

I’ve reached out to your team. I’ve gotten to response back. I’m currently waiting to see. When is this going to be taken care of your team said shortly it’s been nearly the whole day. Your app is not responding to change password. Keep saying error message your app should also, offer more times to set more alarms. app should be in full equip not having customers wait to fix a glitch over a half a day and still not yet resolved

Great to begin with but latest update ruined it

This was a great app and sound machine for about two weeks. My daughter loved being able to choose the music and customize the light. However, the latest update rendered all of those features unusable. Now it’s just like any other sound machine.

Great app, I purchased the sound machine and used to listen to it every night, but now every time I try to sign in, it gives me the error message, I am not sure what is happening, if it is a bug or what, very disappointing.

Update: The developer reached out quickly and fixed the issue. I can use the app with no problem.

Mixing sounds

I like this machine. I bought this so I can mix my own sounds. However, the mix needs a schedule timer, I want it to turn on automatically at 9pm and turn off at a certain time.

Needs some improvements to the app

There needs to be an update to the schedule feature that will allow you to schedule your created favorites from the cloud options instead of just the ones on the machine. There is a timer setting but mine never runs the full hours without it stopping and having to turn the sound back on. I keep the machine plugged in at all times on a bedside table. Also, a wall adapter plug should be included with the purchase of the product.

There may already be multiple schedule settings allowed but if not, that should also be an option.

You should also be able to edit your favorites rather than having to delete the entire thing and start over.

The sound machine otherwise is fantastic and the options are endless with the use of the app!
