Freezing still 2 years on

Now it’s freezing at the clock trying to make 3:45.
I agree expensive game if you can’t play it. Do I get my money back?

Game frozen

I love Elephant games and have just bought this after reading reviews about it freezing but the developers saying it was all fixed. My game is stuck on making the punch card. Nothing works on it and can’t move forward. Please help.

I got to the part where you are supposed to pick up the yellow triangle but cannot. I even deleted it and then reloaded it and started it all over again and still cannot pick it up.

GLITCH!!!

Game keeps shutting down. I have reloaded 3 or4 times, started over, and game still shuts down. Would like my money back or a replacement game that works!

Glitch!

Puzzle where you match halves kicks you out of the game. Restarting doesn’t save your achievements in the puzzle. Impossible to finish it

Always enjoy the artwork/gameplay from this company. The storyline was decent, too.

Enjoyable

Had a few glitches but otherwise enjoyed this one. I’m a big fan of the PF series. When can we expect 9? I need to find Rick!

Fixed! [Can’t grab journal in dining room]

So, just as others have reported, the game has a serious glitch that still has not been fixed. There is a dining room scene where there is a journal (book) located behind a wall picture puzzle. The journal is there clear as day, but you can’t take it no matter how you try. Today is Tuesday, June 21, and this problem has existed since I purchase the game roughly 10 days ago. Please fix!

Edit: The above issue has been resolved. Great game. 5 stars.

I heard this was the last paranormal files. Great moving on to something different but no answer about Rick? Ever? It’s worth playing out of all the other series.

I agree with “Really?” the hateful negative comments are out of hand in our reviews. Just playing mediator but Lynx I don’t think LL meant you didn’t do enough to get the game fixed. I think they meant they read your initial review that this game was fixed & for them it still had issues. Of course it’s ridiculous to put that on you (not to mention the way it was phrased) but you also mentioned how only your interaction with Elephant was heard. We long time HOPA fans are aware & appreciative of your efforts. I know w/o your & other’s efforts I wouldn’t have been able to play these games after BF. I wouldn’t stress over 1 reviewers comment. All love💕
