It’s a fun app and is great when it’s great. Major problems? Sweat is so worthless I can’t use it to pay for gas fees and apparently now I need near to pay to receive the sweat I earned from walking. It use to not cost near cause I haven’t had near in awhile. So why am I working to earn something that the creators don’t even see as valuable? Why do I have to buy a better crypto to earn a lesser one? There should be no gas fees if I’m actually earning it for effort or it should be payable in the currency you actually give me. Or give me the option to convert my useless sweat into useful near. But you guys now have a timed claimable prize that costs real money to buy a completely different crypto. Kinda lame.

We appreciate this will be frustrating to experience. As we're built on the NEAR Blockchain there are Gas Fees to be paid in all transactions. This is currently paid in NEAR, as you mentioned.

In the USA the federal trade commission would probably have a problem with sweatwallet not providing sweepstakes results. I’m not sure how it’s acceptable for sweatwallet to charge you crypto to enter a sweepstakes but then not let you view the results or send you to a results page with broken links not showing results. In the rare event you win a sweepstakes, they will send you an email. Hopefully that doesn’t go to your spam folder. For all we know they could be giving their sweepstakes to friends and family. I don’t trust their sweepstakes at all but I keep entering. Check for sweepstake results about 3 weeks after it’s ended. Don’t expect for a sweepstakes to end and then see results the same day or the day after. Their notion website doesn’t even have all the results.
Update: I just looked for the paramount+ sweepstakes winner on notion which ended 6 days gap and the winner wasn’t listed. Their sweepstakes are sketchy no doubt about it. Maybe I should have gone to their twitter or maybe I should have gone to their app or maybe I should have gone to their notion website or maybe I should have checked my email or really what happens is all of those options fail everytime I enter a sweepstakes.

I keep not accumulating anything from sweatcoin despite taking between 8,000 And 14,000 steps and they keep changing the rules on how it gets accumulated making it harder to get your steps that you ALREADY TOOK to add up. So they’re putting more work and pressure on the user to do this or that (log in multiple times a day and whatnot)(with no retroactivity so that the steps you’ve already taken actually count) to make it work instead of fixing obvious problems themselves with the way it works. I’m done. This whole thing is a sham and a waste of time because it doesn’t work unless you’re willing to jump through a ton of hoops in the right order at the right time, hoops that they keep changing. It’s garbage.

Stopped giving me “Sweat” . Averaging 14,000 steps over week period. No sweat. Given to “claim”. Yes steps are registering -Sweatcoin shows them. When I did get some it would be .15 or so for the same amount 10-15k steps. Never the right amount. This has become a joke app.
Update:
have gotten multiple emails from support. Get the same standard suggestions to make steps convert. They didn’t work multiple time after the first email. Sending another email with the same instructions isn’t going to make them work. After I tell them it didn’t work multiple times I have not heard from them. Haven’t gotten any sweat since late December I believe. What a joke of an app and support.

I’m paying for premium but I can’t create the premium level growth jars or any jars, for that matter. It keeps saying “receiver not available” every time I try to create a jar at any level. I don’t even know what that means and there does not seem to be anywhere to ask for help. I don’t understand why I am paying if I can’t access the benefits.
Also, I am walking more than the amount necessary to generate a cling but I’ve not been generating any. So, at this point in time, I would caution people not to purchase premium at this time. You won’t actually get access to the benefits.

I bought some NEAR coins specifically to use to buy some sweat coins. Well after purchasing the near coins, I exchanged them for sweat coins, sweat wallet deducted the total from my balance of NEAR coins, BUT NEVER GIVE ME THE SWEAT COINS! I reached out to support, got one response, and I have not heard from them since. I’ve sent a total of 5 follow up emails and they will not respond. I will be looking into doing a charge back on my credit card. I was so excited for this coin and service, I have been using the Sweatcoin app for years before they launched the sweat wallet and the crypto sweat coin, but after this, I’ll never give a red cent to this company again. I work for my money, unlike them.

Since yesterday I have been trying to trade sweat for usdt and had no luck so today I tried to trade near for usdt and it was deducted and still haven’t received any usdt in my account. Starting to look like a scam to me. Hope I will get my usdt or get my near back cause I bought that near using other crypto platforms and it’s a headache moving all of this just to have it disappear. Also the rewards area is kinda fishy , I have entered many contests and never won anything or it’s just my bad luck but don’t think I will be entering contests anymore especially if my crypto is disappearing when trying to trade fix this asap.

You run out of whatever gas is and they want you to buy more. You enter sweepstakes you wait weeks to end and then the results aren’t shown to you. They used to be posted in the app. I’m guessing they post it on Twitter now. If that’s the case I’m not sure why they would post their survey winners on a dying platform but whatever. I’m not gonna enter sweepstakes anymore after waiting weeks to see the winners only for the sweepstakes to completely disappear from the app. It’s not even listed under ‘Finished’. It’s just sketchy. Realistically I had a low chance of winning anyway but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to review the final outcome. The Twitter also only shows posts from a year and a half ago, but maybe that’s because I don’t have a Twitter account and when you log in it’s different. It’s just weird they can collect money for a sweepstakes and then not show the winners. Like if a big sweepstakes says it completes January 10th and you enter the sweepstakes, it literally disappears from the app for an unknown amount of time January 10th and then when it finally comes back on the app maybe 3 days later, you might have to go to twitter to find results or sometimes they show the winners in the app.
