Wi-Fi Does not work on iPhone
The cam connects only in direct mode, but does not connect to Wi-Fi after following the instructions in a you tube video (included booklet provides very poor instructions).
Instead of merging the cam connection created to the Wi-Fi connection, it creates a second “camera “ identity for the Wi-Fi.

The instructions bear no resemblance to reality and if you read the reviews on the App Store for “V99 Cam” you will see everyone agrees!
When you request a refund they ask you to submit a video of your complaint - but it has to be less than 20BM….so about 8 seconds!Midlands Mark

For $9 with shipping included, I didn’t expect a $400 GoPro. I needed a little video camera I could keep in the console of my pickup that I could stick to the toolbox in the bed of my truck and view the gooseneck ball as I backed under the tongue of a trailer. Such a setup will save me a ton of getting out, seeing how much correction I need, then back in, pulling forward, backing up and correcting left or right to get hitched up. Rubbish cameras that don’t connect. Back and forth with Sonzea Trading who offered $3 compensation so I escalated it through PayPal who have reimbursed me $40 to ship them back and PayPal will ensure I get a full refund!Collypads

SCAM ALERT
Useless waste cheap camera app. They offered it as one of the great Camera for home security. I ordered it and paid with my credit card, later they again tried to charge my card but fortunately my card was freezed so they couldn’t able to charge. On top of that, the app is keep loading and not even working properly. There is no remote function also I guess so because it is just connecting within the range and within the same network. So, you cannot connect and see if you go somewhere outside the-country or far away from the home. My money is wasted.Show lessshaah12

Received two cameras a couple of days ago.
Instructions extremely tiny, can hardly read it.
First attempt camera got extremely hot and now won’t turn on, couldn’t even connect to my phone
Sent an email to the company and got a link to a video which is very hard to understand.
I can’t download camera number 2 or get the camera to work after many hours of trying to figure it all out.
I think I’ve been scammed
