I ordered a cart and just want to know if it will still come if I payed already and I wasn’t signed in my account ofc I can’t track it since I wasn’t signed in but will I still get what I bought that’s my questionavin robinson

So I had ordered a piece for my brother for Christmas. When I recieved it sadly it was the wrong color and I was worried I was just out of luck and i just wasn’t going to get what I ordered him. I sent an email explaining what happened and a very nice man named Stuart helped me out immedietly and rectified the problem for me with no hesitation!
