i bought 3 stizzys and 2 of them came already open with signs of use. this is not the first time i have received already opened and used products

I was very very hesitant and worried to try this company, I was pleasantly surprised and have recommended to countless friends! They have amazing costumer service. I placed my first order around Christmas time and a product sold out after I’d placed my order. I was contacted 1 day after the order placed and was offered two good solutions, I got a gift card the same value as the product. Shipping was a little slow, still within their given time frame, but it was the holidays and that’s expect! My second order came very quickly! For real, these people are kind, considerate, and will respond to you quickly!

Website User get better perks???
You guys should bring the perk of unlocking free stuff depending on how much you spend from the website to the app as well. I would say app downloaders are just as deserving as website users when purchasing the products of that perk. I thought that “everythingFor420 dab pick tool” and “twisted pipes” was cool and the website said I would get them with my purchase for spending the amount that I was. But having a past with problems of shipping being hard to really look at through websites, I wanted to use the app for more secure purchase, but I lost the perk of unlocking free stuff with it, which doesn’t make sense imo. But I love the products and can’t wait for the other stuff!!!

Disappointed
Zero stars if I could…. It takes entirely too long to get my order. 4 days for processing, 4 days to actually ship it and two weeks to get here. Never using again.
Ordered something while not signed in
I ordered a cart and just want to know if it will still come if I payed already and I wasn’t signed in my account ofc I can’t track it since I wasn’t signed in but will I still get what I bought that’s my question

Besides that it’s not that bad but if something says it’s out of stock don’t wait for it to come back into stock, I’ve waited ab 2months for one and it never came back into stock :(
This company is awesome!
While there are some issues with very minor bugs that occasionally happen, the services are phenomenal. They update their inventory regularly, quick shipping, and I can always expect my packages to arrive discreetly and securely. The discounts they offer as well are a bonus! I would recommend to anyone interested in a safe and reliable source.
