was scared to order from them fearing scam or broken product. However i decided to order a new bong cuz mine cracked n was too lazy to go to the smoke shop and was pleasantly surprised by the service. the shipping was pretty fast and it came packaged super safe in tons of bubble wrap. It was also easily n convenient to able to track the shipping through the shop app. will definitely be ordering from them again!!
