Should be renamed JUST THE DOUBLES NEEDED
You will quickly get bored with this rigged game. Zynga made this game to make money, and they try over and over to do so without any effort to hide it. The roll algorithm is set up to drive you out of money until you buy chips. Rolls are planned, not random. I have had so many games where the rolls are comical, like even 4 doubles 6s in a row. The number of doubles or perfect rolls are overwhelming. If a double 3 or 6 or whatever will reverse the game, the roll algorithm gives it a pretty high percentage of the time. I recommend not downloading this until Zynga provides real random rolls. Anyone buying chips is foolish.Show lessRodney18188

What a horrible experience! Every game locks up with freezing screens and connection loss. I am considered an advanced backgammon player, but nearly every game I am winning, the connection gets lost and by the time you reconnect, you lose the game from timing out. Find another backgammon app. This is one of the worst ones out there. Just a sad, sad, sad attempt of trying to provide an entertaining gaming experience.🙁Show lessSlaw0430

I’m disappointed as well . While I love the graphics in this game and other features; it’s impossible to believe the dice are random . They are ridiculously predictable, doesn’t seem random at all . One player either gets perfect dice , while the other gets the absolute worst dice rolls .
Skill seems to make no difference.
Also , you either pay to play or you are stuck watching so many ad videos that it’s not worth it anymore.

Good luck with this horrible game. You can pay for coins to play, but they control what you can or can’t play. You’re sticking their algorithm so you have to pay more. It’s their choice where you play and it’s not right since it’s YOUR money you pay with. Find another game. Also their dice rolls are as shady as can be. The other most popular backgammon application does not have random dice and rewards players who make in app mini purchases. If you want a real random dice roll avoid others.House901
Excessive charges
I kept getting charged on my credit card without even playing called my credit card company they advised me to delete the app so they can’t charge any more as long as you have the app you will get charged without buying be carefulMk santa
Skill is based on how much $$ you have
Coins = skill level in this game. That means if you are brand new, but buy coins, you can no longer play in the lower value games, you’re considered “too good”. So you must play higher value tables where doubling happens, and you’ll be right back to broke and buying more coins in no time.Want to love this
This Game Manipulates to Make you Pay
This game is not trying to make you think it is fair. They are out right stating they are not fair.
I have played this game for several months. It has good graphics and works correctly. However, they manipulate the dice roles so that people lose or win. This is most evident when you try to play a game at a lower coin amount, for example a 5000 coon match instead of a 10,000 coin match. The system specifically says “You are too good to play at this level.” Then it forces you into playing at the 25,000 coin level. Additionally, you will go up to a week without winning because they want to drive you into either removing the app or paying them to purchase more coins. I agree that people should pay programmers for what they do, but for programmers to back handedly configure games so that you must pay them, is fraudulent.Show lessTCC's up
Starts off fair
In the beginning, it works well, and you get a nice spread of wins & losses. Then, the game starts getting all of the doubles. When you do get them, it’s small doubles like 1’s and 2’s while the game gets high doubles. I have seen it change my die from 6 to 4 many times. Later in the game, if you try to double the winnings or the game dies, rest assured, you will lose. It will give you little numbers where you have singles on the board which will quickly be bumped. You rarely get to bump their singles. In the last probably 20 games, I have won one, where I was winning a lot of games earlier. Just like all the other backgammon games. The game doesn’t have a lot of ads and you can close them quickly. The bad thing is, they level you up too fast and then you lose against the higher rated players leaving you with no choice but to stop playing or buying more.1marriedman
