Disappointing First Experience - Slow Response Cost Me My Order
I recently used this app for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I tried to cancel my order within minutes after placing it, but the customer service was painfully slow in responding. Despite their claim of replying within 2 minutes, there were significant delays in communication.
I first requested to cancel my order at 1:14 PM, but by the time they got back to me at 1:40 PM, the restaurant had already accepted and started preparing the order. I understand that certain things are beyond control, but the delay in their response made it impossible for me to cancel in time.
As a result, I was stuck with an order I no longer wanted, and they took no responsibility for the delay on their end. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not use this service again.
Customer support needs to be more responsive to avoid situations like this, especially when it directly affects the user's ability to manage their orders.Show lessz9ale7z

Fave Grocery Delivery App in Bahrain
Ordering groceries from Ninja is always a pleasant experience. I can almost find anything I want delivered to my doorstep. Not only that, but they compensate for late delivery, and the cash back offers are super helpful.
