Ok when it decides to work
Glitchy, doesn’t seem to offer the promos when registering in time, contacted support who said it was just me and my partners app doing it… result was they are re-running a promo as surprise surprise MANY people are having the same issues.
Last promo it was only available on my app not his.
Currently they must be trying to fix the app as neither of us are even able to log in to it now and it comes up with reels of data when trying to sign in which then returns an error page.

Doesn’t load!
Opening the app, instead of just using Face ID , it prompts for password, which means it’s never going to open properly.
Every so often it’s fixed & works properly, but most of the time it’s a waste of space.
Tried using website, it doesn’t work either.

Email verification doesnt work, impossible to contact support
I have been totally unable to log into the app because the email verification link that the met sends does not work. I have been trying to contact support for weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. Surely it is beneficial for the casino to get players using the app?
Doesn’t Even Start
App hangs on the Met chip loading screen infinitely.
Annoying security alert views are spamming
Every time when you open the app, it asks whether you want to add additional security. It is not important whether you say yes or no. If you say no, the app will show the same annoying alert view next time when you open it. If you say yes, you will see a tiny space at the bottom to enter your password but it doesn’t work. Poor development and testers.

An app for the trash can
Having downloaded the app…. and with multiple attempts in trying to create a username and password….. the app keeps on crashing and making it extremely frustrating and disappointing in using its services and features. The company should provide compensation points to mitigate all the challenges one faces.

Okay, sometimes!
When the app is working it isn’t actually that bad. The problem is it is buggy, crashes and now just won’t load for me anymore so was a bit of a waste of time downloading it. Hopefully the developers will sort this out!

Poor app
This app should be better from met gaming it’s is co start crashing, multiple bugs need addressed please improve this app as this is for some people first impressions of the brand and it’s tarnishing your good name
