I like the game itself but the only problem I have is when you try to purchase something it will take your money but won’t give you what you purchased

Amazing game but beware purchasing
Amazing game without ads (unless you choose) and levelling ability, but purchases absolutely don't work, you pay $2 or $3 and you don't get anything. I have the latest iphone and know how to use it... so. Anyways, good game.Klanonite
Fun but has some issues
Fun game to play but is a bit glitchy.
On iPad purchases don't seem to be working & the bag isn't showing so can't change clothing or weapons.
Worst part now is that the game glitched while I was watching an ad for bonus wood & im now stuck in a wall which even restarting the app doesn't fix.Radnelac78

This game is awesome! So good that I actually was going to spend a few bucks on it, bought the $4.99 pack of gems or crystals or whatever and never got my items, and the bonus for first purchase was still there so o figured it didn’t go through, so I tried again… same thing. No I’m out $10 and there’s no customer service option in the game and the restore purchases button doesn’t work even though it says it does… probably never going to play this game again, if I don’t either get my money back or the items that I paid for.Show lessJig6294207

This was a great game until I tried to make a purchase! I never got what I purchased but a few days after trying to make an in game purchase it charged my account all together about 6 times totalling about $50! I Never got what i was supposed to have got for my money! I have clicked the restore purchase button a million times and get nothing! Which now I don’t want it I just want my money back! I am going to have to put a big spot light on this company and Apple as they refuse to refund my money so I guess I am going to have to go to my bank for a proper investigation! If that doesn’t work I will be contacting the BBB and the have our government officials look into this fraud! DO NOT USE THIS GAME OR ANYTHING THING FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!Show lessChaney501
Good idea, but poorly executed
I am going to list the reasons why I say the above comment.
1. I spent around £20 on some of the packs to give myself a bit of an advantage and the money left my account, but I didn’t receive any items in game.
2. I bought a 7 day add skip thing for £10 and I couldn’t skip the ads
3. After 1-2 days of playing the app now doesn’t even open it just sits on a loading screen forever.
To sum up, scammed out of money and the app now doesn’t load so it’s taken my money and booted me from playing the game.
I guess either refund my account, or fix the game and give me the items. I have all the receipts and charges to prove the above.Show lessAverageMobileAddictNo1
In-App Purchases are not working😡
After trying multiple times to purchase gem packs and also trying twice for the Robo skin I will no longer be looking at anything from this developer. I have requested a refund from Apple for which I highly doubt I will get after reading some other reviews. Very disappointing because I actually liked playing this game.Show lessForeverDe4D

STAY AWAY - App takes your money
This is a fun game and I wish it worked correctly. There are a TON of ads tho. Bc of that I made a couple of purchases in the game and didn’t receive any of them. You can’t get a refund thru apple for literally any reason, even if I never received what I paid for (which is noted in the game terms of service - so they straight up tell you they’re gonna take your money no matter what, shame on me I guess for thinking I’d get what I paid for). I reached out to the devs via the contact form on their site (which they’ve listed in some responses to reviews) and I also sent them an email to their published email address.
