Paid for a year no ads, and didn't receive
Fun little game, but the more toy progress the more ads you're going to have to watch or pay to accelerate your progress. I paid for a year no ads and to my surprise I still see ads. I gave it a day or two, I thought maybe it just needed time to update to my account. But no, months later I still see ads. I tried getting my money back with apple but they did nothing even with an explanation of the issue. I tried contacting Multicast and still haven't heard back. So now I'm $30 down. It's sad how you can't even trust applw to refund you.Show lesscivicsrkillaN1
Great game but I’ve come across a purchase issue
I’m really liking the game but recently I’ve purchased the no ads for 7 days plus free ad rewards , I’ve purchased it twice but yet I still need to watch the ads to claim the rewards , I’ve rated 3 star for now but will change to 5 star if my above issue gets resolved . Thank youLuke1997971997

Would like my money back
It’s an overall great game so I purchased the monthly subscription to get pass all the ads for rewards. However, with that purchase, I still have to watch the ads, so it’s not working like it should. There is no way to contact them unless you go to some site. Anyways, I made a ticket twice over the last two days with no response. Just be careful with the purchase of no adsShow lessmyka266

Good start, but needs some balancing
I’ve been playing for a couple hours and so far it’s alright. A lot of progress is time locked by only being able to farm certain resources so many times in a 24 hour period, unless you want to watch ads or pay actual money. At least it’s not yet another ad watching simulator with constant forced ads.
Edit: just tried to buy some gems to speed things along a bit. The purchase went through but I received nothing. Closed the app and restarted: nothing. Tried the “restore purchases” option: nothing. Maybe this is just another barely hashed out cash grab?Show lessHarry Brawls
Scam
Purchases do NOT work. There is no app support. Apple could care less. This game is a scam for some reason. I’m not sure why no ones purchases ever go through. But they don’t. You will be charged but never receive what you paid for.
Jems, items, even the week/year of no-ads. All will charge you but you will never see them. You can email the developer and Apple all day long and nothing will ever happen. Mad and frustrated
I purchased the “no ads” but I still receive ads. I tried contacting you through your page under “contact” and my messages will not go through. I keep getting an error message, so no one can contact you. While playing the game, I can not see my equipment because I have no icon for it. I am so frustrated that I can’t play certain parts of the game, you took my money and no one can contact you… I will remove this review once someone contacts me and fixes the problem.Show lessCms24748
Okay Game. Poor Store
The game is okay. Enjoyed the first few levels and decided to make a purchase. Money was exchanged but never received the in-app purchase. Requested a refund and the purchase is not eligible. No response from developer. There are better games to play.Syinxvtwo
