Why can’t I get the little present to open and let me get the free points to be able to read more of the stories?
I have recently downloaded your application. When asked to top up, I did so for the lowest amount $4.99. It said that the upload was successful, however it did not show up in the balance. I thought I might have had a problem and that it didn’t go thru. I went back to the top up and the $4.99 option was no longer there. I purchased the $9.99 and carefully watched what the screens said. They said top up was successful. Again, no coins in balance. So I’ve paid $15 on top ups and never received any coins. There is no where to report a problem so I’m leaving the review in hopes that I can get a successful resolution.
