Missing Coins
I have recently downloaded your application. When asked to top up, I did so for the lowest amount $4.99. It said that the upload was successful, however it did not show up in the balance. I thought I might have had a problem and that it didnβt go thru. I went back to the top up and the $4.99 option was no longer there. I purchased the $9.99 and carefully watched what the screens said. They said top up was successful. Again, no coins in balance. So Iβve paid $15 on top ups and never received any coins. There is no where to report a problem so Iβm leaving the review in hopes that I can get a successful resolution.
