  • 9.99$ for endless crashes

It's just stops working at all.

    added: i've m2. there's no way i need x86

    Developer Response

Hi Bireberus, Another user confirmed they are able to install the "Designed for iPad" version of the app from the App Store. It's the arm64 which will target your CPU and will not require the crashy Rosetta. If you need to refund the x86_64 version you have currently to you can do so at https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118223. You can also contact support _at_ morpheusly _dot_ com, I'm sure we can help. Cheers and thanks for your feedback!

    Developer Response

Hi Bireberus, this sounds like an issue with Rosetta (the compatibility between x86 architecture and arm. In this age of migrating from one architecture to another, I have to support both, and the only realistic way to do so is to have x86 support which unfortunately occasionally results in this kind of issue. I had a discussion with another user and we were able to eventually resolve his crashes, so if you contact me at support _at_ morpheusly _dot_ com, I'm sure we can help. You can also get a refund for the app at any time https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118223
