I’ll start by saying this game was basically made for me. Between the web version and now the app, I’ve spent a lot of time playing Actorle and I’ve been having a great time. Something I just now noticed though, on the app (can’t remember about the web version), is they are not labeling musicals as such? Is that not a valid genre of film? I just did one with Hairspray (2007) and it was labeled comedy, romance, drama but not musical? Seems weird that some movies have literally 6 genres listed but they won’t list musical when appropriate?Show lessswear888

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the issue. Unfortunately, the TMDB database we use for the game doesn't contain the musical genre for these movies. We have contacted them to fix this issue.Great and creative game

Having played quite a few levels of this game, I have to say that they do remove the blurred photos as the levels get harder and I like the progression. Since it is different from how the online version used to be, it would have been nice for the rules to be accessible somewhere other than the tutorial, since I only looked now, after having played a few levels. As with the other reviewer, I’d like the IMDB rating to be added also and look forward to that update. The biggest annoyance would probably be that the ads on the bottom obscure the last movie on the list. I don’t mind ads and see that there is a paid option with no ads, but it would mostly just be nice not to have to scroll up and hold on to the screen to read the last movie details. Other than that, I am enjoying it so far since it is actually doable for me as someone who isn’t super familiar with actors and movies in a way that the site sometimes isn’t!Show lessmochi2987

Don’t like the fact that you reveal lol it’s first and show a blurred picture. Makes it to easy to guess. Defeats the purpose of the game. There’s no challenge in that.Twickster14
