  • Really????

    I was told to download this app by my Abbvie Care Specialist. Why? The app is for people outside the US. Apparently Abbvie’s reps have no clue, and don’t care enough to respond to the complaints without using their canned response. You would think that a company that charges $16,000 for a month’s worth of medicine could afford to hire someone to make a decent and usable app, or at least hire a human to respond to these complaints!!! Complete waste of my precious time.

  • Do NOT LIVE IN PUERTO RICO

    I do not have the option to select any other state outside of PR! THIS APP IS COMPLETELY USELESS

  • Don’t bother

    I was told by my Rinvoq counselor to download the app so I could access all my info and the savings card. However the app is not even available to anyone in the US. Seems like no one is communicating that info with the providers. Terrible

    As ‘Got Flying Monkeys’ noted, this app is unusable for me. I also live in USA, but not Puerto Rico and I don’t speak Spanish either. Had to delete, pretty lame obviously..👎

  • English NOT EVEN AVAILABLE!

    Good luck setting up this app. I live in the USA (and selected USA). Next, it wants to you to select which STATE you live in, and the only available option to select is PUERTO RICO. Not kidding! So, because I could not select anything *other* than Puerto Rico, it defaults to Spanish. Well . . . I don’t know Spanish, so it’s not my lucky day and I am denied access to this app. WOW . . . unbelievable in 2023. Do better, people. Seriously!
