Apps great however the watch keeps clearing my steps. I’ll get my steps in by 9 o clock then by half past it’s back to zero any ideas?

App Is great , just one problem …… On My App it is showing weather for Yorkshire , but I’m in Lincolnshire , How do I change it ??

Hello, please make sure to enable and grant the app positioning permission, and then pull down to refresh on the app homepage to obtain weather information.

Why has the app stopped working properly?
Everytime i open it , it freezes and i constantly have to keep opening it and closing it just ti see my stats. Not good! Get it back to how it used to work please.

Poor performing app
App is not available to run in the background and will only update when you open it and force it to refresh. An app for a watch needs to run in the background.

Hello, due to the limitations of the iOS system, the app cannot keep running in the background at all times. Re-open the app and wait for the connection to be successful. The app will automatically refresh and synchronize the watch data.
No custom watch faces to select pictures from our gallery
Its not up to the mark where current updates are not big enough and also you need to add the most important feature where people can choose their own pictures as watch faces

Hello, in the [Dial Center] of the app, you can find the [Customize Dial] option. Here you can choose your favorite photo as the background image of the dial.

Fireboltt Rock not binding
I recently purchased Fireboltt watch but it is not connecting with me iPhone 14 pro. I tried all possible solutions on internet: 1. Restart device 2. Forget Fireboltt 108 from Bluetooth 3. Restart Bluetooth. Please let me know solutions.
Garbage!!!!
I’ve had and worn this so-called tracker watch for over a year! I’ve constantly informed them of the problems it has with all it’s so-called functions. The heart rate monitor hasn’t been consistent, it, doesn’t capture any activity unless you set it for a specific exercise, and I can go on and on. But why bother!!!! Don’t waste your money or time! All they want is access to your location and camera! I’ve sent them pictures of the constant issues. Only to keep hearing them say why the heart rate isn’t accurate or the steps ain’t counted correctly!!!

Can’t Even Bind Watch to App
Can’t even use the watch I bought because it won’t connect to the app. My IPhone is updated and I’ve done everything the app tells me to do to connect it. Still won’t connect.
