The app doesn’t work!
It doesn’t even send me the email verification to sign up, terrible execution of a great idea! I’m very disappointed, I haven’t heard back from the support team eitherjeh de jsjdywu
concept is great, app doesn’t work
the idea of this is great, being able to keep all your pets info in one spot would be super handy. unfortunately, app barely works as is. i try to input any info, such as my name and address, and the app tells me there’s a system error. doesn’t save any information put in. package and stand advertisement also is not exactly clear… if you bought a tag, it only served the purpose of a tag. tracking service only comes with collars or leashes apparently.
