What if…you design an app that works?
Wow, to spend an hour of my life struggling with an app incapable of loading and connecting. At least do us the courtesy of allowing us to skip over the 40 seconds of Swedish on the help line as we try (and fail) to get any assistance. Will never use this service again. Strongly recommend you save yourself the pain and find a different charger.
