Submitted my FitKit with noted concerns for the fit of one side. Earbuds arrived with an issue with fit and connectivity issues with one side. Sent them back in for repair. Spoke with 3 different people, none of whom ever answer a very basic question and attempted to send them back as “fixed” without addressing 1/2 of the issues. They kept them for almost 5 weeks and I had to try to communicate with 3 ADDITIONAL people who also did not answer a straightforward question. I also called support and specified I wanted a call back, just to get an email response that also disregarded my question. The drops were mailed back with all of the issues still persisting, emailed them back to say nothing had been addressed and have been ignored for a week now. Spend your money elsewhere
