Now works in Dark Mode. Improvements to the index bar; when zooming in, it now shows prefixes spaced no more than a screenful apart, for easier paging through large directories. Various bug fixes and improvements.

New zoomable index bar in browser views, for navigating large directories; when dragging on the alphabetical index on the right of the screen, drag left to zoom in to the second letter. (On an iPad, drag up.) In the chronological view, this zooms in on the months of the year. Playlists can now be added to the current queue in their entirety. Some bugs have been fixed. Also, better iPhone X display compatibility.

Added the Chronological view mode, which shows files and directories ordered by last-modification time, from most recently updated backwards. This can be useful for navigating to music recently added to a collection, or taking a trip down memory lane. Also, the usual performance improvements, bug fixes and internal enhancements.
