Adding a beneficiary has bad ux

Have two major basic usability issues in adding beneficiaries. For security and privacy i block all apps from camera and microphone. First you cant add a beneficiary. The whole ux is silly. You have to set a transfer amount, which is useless because it wont remember or ever do that transfer latet. Then you enter all the details and all the form then it asks for permission for video you click go to settings to allow wio business camera permissions and upon returning it erased and reset all the details , opens bank homepage and erases all the details and forms you filled.

Not practical when you have two different business accounts

I have two business accounts with wio for some magical reason I was able to change the businesses without having to logout and then logging in but this option disappeared after the update. It is very annoying to have to do that. Kindly put it back. The user interface is not straight forward and you need to click so many clicks to get simple tasks done. Not sure if the person who developed it has a company and uses the application for his business but it is work asking your users how to make the interface easier and simpler.

The fastest bank in the world to open a corporate bank account

I was expecting that it would be fast, but it took me less than four hours to open my bank account! Thatโ€™s it, you heard well, I still canโ€™t believe! Amazing work from the Wio team!

Needs better testing

During the application process I confirmed with support that there was a button missing in the interface that blocked proceeding with the application for a business account. One week later and I haven't heard anything since and I still don't have an account.

Business moves a little quicker than this so I've applied elsewhere. If this issue is affecting all iOS account applications then it is surely worth a more prompt fix. Best of luck, maybe next time.
