by far the worst restaurant app i’ve ever seen.

Have a D.P. Dough just down the street but doesn’t come up on the app as able to order from it. I live in IL. It’s trying to get me to order in NY. I can’t use the app or order online now. Guess I’ll find another place to eat. In 2022, you would think they could be able to design a functioning app but I guess customers service is not a high priority.

Doesn’t show in progress orders
Unlike other delivery services, this app does NOT allow you to access in progress orders/view past orders. This is a MAJOR defect.

Looks good but…
Looks good but, doesn’t look like much thought was put into it, nor does it look like anyone tests it for functionality or perform maintenance. Many of the prices are different than advertised, such as $4.99 for 2 or more favorites, but they’re really $5.99. And all of the multi zone deals are missing many zones from the main menu. Like I said, the app looks great, but I don’t have confidence in anything I click, so it’s useless for me. Shame, I would rather not use Grubhub.

Rewards account doesn’t transfer
I wish I could use this! I can sign into my rewards online but on the app it says no account with my information exists. I don’t want to lose all my rewards progress.
